LONG-DISTANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS - SATURDAY 17TH APRIL 2027

The Long Champs will be held at Arncliffe & North Kilnsey in the beautiful Upper Wharfedale in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Last used for the British Champs 2019, expect fast racing on typical Dales limestone pasture terrain, with many rock features and sinkholes, and few paths.


EVENT LOCATION & TRAVEL

Parking & arena will be in fields near the village of Arncliffe in Littondale, off Wharfedale. It's the same location as BOC 2019.

By car: from Skipton, take the B6265 north to Threshfield, then take the B6160 through Kilnsey. Turn left on a minor road towards Arncliffe, then you will be directed to the parking field. No restrictions on vehicle size.

By public transport: by train to Skipton, then bus 72 & 72B to Kilnsey or Kettlewell (c.5km from the arena).  


DOGS

Dogs are allowed in the parking and arena fields, but must be kept on a short lead due to livestock in adjoining fields. No dogs on courses.
